CAMPOBELLO, S.C., March 2, 2011 – The first ever Blue Ridge Log Cabin Facebook contest ended with great success and many happy Blue Ridge customer participants.
Not only did their Facebook page fans double in size (approx. 524-1029) in less than a month but the world got to see the uniqueness and love each individual puts into their own log home. The members of the BRLC Facebook page enjoy the personal interaction and communication they get to encounter with other fans of Blue Ridge Log Cabins.
Current homeowners discussed potential party dates they would throw with other owners, interested potential buyers in the community got to ask questions to homeowners about their personal experience. “And new members who have never even ventured to our Facebook page got to see and become a part of the elite community we like to call, the BRLC Nation,” said Marketing Coordinator, Sarah Smith.
This contest was an outlet for Blue Ridge customers wall posts and comments to be viewed by others as company testimonials. No editing, no omitted words or changes, no paid endorsement or advertising, “just the real words from passionate people who we not only love as customers but love as family,” added Communications Director, Missy Derouin.
The contest was broken down into three categories : interior, exterior and landscape, with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner in each.
