Ben Rodriguez Letter

Ben and Mayra Rodriguez built thier dream BRLC, a Linville III, in Marion, North Carolina. We had a few pictures to share in the album posted below as well as a peronal letter they sent to our Owner and CEO Chip Smith, about thier experience working with us to build their dream log home.

Good afternoon, Chip.

For several years, my wife Mayra and I were dreaming of building a log cabin on our property in Marion, NC. We contacted some builders and log providers, but for one reason or another, none of them worked for us. Finally, last year, we decided that BRLC was the best choice for us. Sometime in March, we called Chris Dew, whom we had already met a couple of years before, and we started the process of building our dream home. On July 30, only about four months later, our cabin was already on our lot. If this sounds incredible, even more so was the fact that BRLC was able to transport the house to the top of our mountain through an extremely steep drive way. I’m sure that you have many satisfied customers, but I’m also sure that none of them is more happy than we are. Not only did we have our beautiful cabin built in record time, without any problems, but the price was very reasonable and, on top of everything, we received excellent customer service from your staff. Three names in particular we need to mention because they were really exceptional: Greg Altizer, Chris Dew, and Steral Franklin. Without the help, encouragement, and hard work of these three gentlemen the whole process would not have been the same. Please let them know how much we appreciate everything that they did for us.

Finally, my wife and I would like to congratulate you for the great company that you have created. We wish you a very long and successful future.
