Linville
The Linville series offers two stories and optional expansive decking of breathtaking views. The Linville features versatile floor plans to accommodate the lifestyle of couples seeking a private hide-away or a family looking to settle down with kids. Plans range from 1,168 – 1,697 square feet and offer both two- and three-bedroom layouts.
Easy and comfortable to maintain, the central living and dining areas provide a great room experience. An island design is home to the gourmet kitchen and the home’s utilities are located just off the main hallway. The master suite is located on the main level, and features the series’ large picture windows.
The second story of the Linville features an expanded bedroom with a full bath, offering additional space and privacy.
