This may be the easiest part of working with Blue Ridge Log Cabins. Our cabins typically range anywhere from $175 to $300 per square foot. Once we know where you would like to build your new home and which dream home you’ve selected, we can give you exact pricing on your completed Blue Ridge Log Cabin right down to the light bulbs! With transportation, tax and building cost varying region by region across the United States, we will first begin with ballpark pricing to help you become better acquainted with your total project cost. In addition, we’ll supply a sample form (link to form) of on-site items that you or a general contractor will be involved in coordinating.

Whether you intend to build on a basement or crawlspace, do some work yourself or use a general contractor to handle your project, Blue Ridge Log Cabins will be right by your side helping you navigate the total investment for your dream log home. Keep in mind, we do not build log shells! We build your log home complete with flooring, windows, doors, cabinets, kitchen appliances, bath fixtures, electrical wiring, plumbing and lighting fixtures. Building a complete home allows us to know the cost up front, therefore virtually eliminating overruns and time delays.
